By accessing and using PantryFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

PantryFlow is a recipe-to-cart service that parses recipe ingredients and helps you add them to your Kroger shopping cart. We use AI technology to extract ingredients from recipes and match them to products available at Kroger family stores.

User Accounts

To use PantryFlow, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Kroger Integration

PantryFlow integrates with Kroger's API to add items to your cart. By connecting your Kroger account, you authorize us to access and modify your shopping cart. Your relationship with Kroger is governed by Kroger's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for product availability, pricing, or any issues with your Kroger orders.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or collect data from our service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Share your account with others

Intellectual Property

The PantryFlow service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Recipes you submit remain your property, but you grant us a license to process and store them for the purpose of providing our service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PantryFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that ingredient matching will be 100% accurate, that all products will be available, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Always review your cart before completing a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantryFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of PantryFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
